У моих соседей этажом ниже что-то течет, уже пол года они с представителями ЖЕКа устраивают паломничество в мою квартиру, для уточнения, ни я ли их заливаю, (потому как сосед который над ними - вообще не открывает дверь), так же предыдущий хозяин моей квартиры, при замене коммуникаций в квартире не стал заделывать стену и оставил доступ к межквартирным коммуникациям, закрыв их гипсо-картоном и евродоской, разбирается вся эта конструкция в течении полу часа, в каждый раз я все разобраю и там оказывается все сухо, так же в квартире все сухо, все коммуникации в порядке, ничего ни где не течет.
На днях пришли опять сосед с представителями ЖЕКа и начали рассказывать, что потекла канализационная труба, мне нужно демонтировать унитаз, и они через мою квартиру будут устранять течь, (я так понял, что так удобней чем долбить стену у того у кого потекло).
Я не хочу, что-бы они мне что-либо долбили, так как в случае поломки чего-то другого, никто за ремонт платить не будет, и эти расходы лягут на меня.

Чисто, по человечески, я понимаю соседа снизу, но не хочу в очередной раз "попасть на бабки".
